ALLTHINGS140 Radio provides live radio playback, station information, visuals, optional user accounts and profiles on supported clients, and an optional public listener chat called the Green Room. This policy explains the information that ALLTHINGS140 Radio services may process and how it is used.
If you create an ALLTHINGS140 account through a client that supports accounts, authentication is provided through Supabase. Depending on the sign-in method, account information may include an authentication user ID, email address, authentication provider information, account creation and session metadata, and security information needed to maintain the signed-in session.
An ALLTHINGS140 profile may include a public username and an optional avatar. The service also maintains profile creation/update timestamps and a protected account-status value used for safety and moderation. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored in the public profile table.
Public usernames and profile avatars are intended to be visible to other users where profile or chat features use them. Administrative roles, moderation state, subscription entitlements, authentication tokens, and other protected account fields are not public profile fields.
The current Android radio experience does not require precise GPS location, contacts, SMS, call history, microphone access, or an advertising identifier to play the station. The app does not currently include an advertising or analytics SDK solely for behavioral advertising. If a later release adds a feature that requires a new permission or data type, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure must be updated before or with that release.
The app and website connect to ALLTHINGS140 Radio internet services to deliver the live audio stream, current track information, listener status, app update information, visuals, and station web content. Like most internet services, our servers and infrastructure providers may receive technical request information such as IP address, request time, connection information, and user-agent information. This information may be used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose reliability problems, and protect the service.
Green Room is optional. When you use it, the service may process the messages you post, reactions or similar chat actions, message identifiers, timestamps, and the identity information used by the chat system. When account-based posting is enabled, that identity may include your ALLTHINGS140 account ID, username, avatar reference, and protected account-status information needed for moderation and enforcement.
Green Room content is visible to other listeners. Public chat display may be short-lived, but disappearance from the public chat does not necessarily mean that all related moderation or security records are immediately deleted. If a message or user is reported, information needed to investigate the report may be retained separately for moderation, safety, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Reports may include the reported message or message identifier, reported user or sender identifier, reporter identifier where available, reason for the report, timestamps, and technical information needed to investigate abuse. Reports may be reviewed by authorized moderators and may result in content removal, posting restrictions, suspension, or bans.
Blocking or muting another listener is used to prevent that listener's content from being shown to you. Where a stable account or sender identifier is available, the service may use that identifier so the block is not defeated simply by changing a display name.
Information is used to provide live radio, account, profile, subscription, visual, and chat functionality; authenticate users; maintain sessions; secure accounts; operate the service; moderate public chat; process abuse reports; prevent spam and misuse; diagnose reliability problems; respond to lawful obligations; and protect listeners and the service.
Optional web subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Google Play processes purchases made in the Android app. ALLTHINGS140 receives and stores provider identifiers, product and subscription identifiers, subscription status, renewal-period information, cancellation state, and the ALLTHINGS140 account identifier needed to deliver and reconcile membership benefits. Payment-card details are collected and handled by the payment provider rather than stored in the ALLTHINGS140 profile database.
Subscription records may be retained as needed for entitlement delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and transaction history. Canceling a membership does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records that must be retained for those purposes.
ALLTHINGS140 Radio uses service providers to operate its infrastructure. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Cloudflare and other hosting/network providers for website, network, and delivery services; Stripe for web payments; and Google Play for Android purchases. Providers may process information on our behalf as needed to deliver and secure the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the current Android app to build third-party behavioral advertising profiles.
Account and profile information is generally retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Chat content, moderation reports, security records, and technical logs may have different retention periods. Public chat content may expire from normal listener-facing history before moderation evidence or security records are deleted. Information may also be retained where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, legal obligations, security, or dispute handling.
Supported account clients provide a way to submit an account-deletion request. The current account foundation queues authenticated deletion requests for processing. A complete deletion workflow must remove or de-identify applicable authentication, profile, avatar, and other personal account data except where retention is legally permitted or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse enforcement, or legal obligations.
Before an Android release that permits account creation is broadly released through Google Play, ALLTHINGS140 Radio must provide both an in-app deletion-request path and a public web resource that allows a user to request deletion of the account and associated data. The public deletion page should be linked from the website and Google Play Data safety section.

Production services are configured to use encrypted HTTPS and secure WebSocket connections where applicable. Authentication sessions use the supported Supabase authentication mechanisms. Privileged administrative credentials are not intended to be shipped in browser or Android client code. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
ALLTHINGS140 Radio and the Green Room are intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not intentionally design the service for children.
The app or website may open external links. Information submitted directly to an external site is governed by that site's privacy practices.
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. If a change affects mandatory Green Room terms or consent, the service may require acceptance of an updated terms version before additional posting.
